Look back on 2025

2025 wasn’t just about doing laps, it was about pushing myself. I’m really proud to have finished two full championship seasons with 12 podiums and 4 wins. More than the results, this year helped me grow a lot as a driver: from feeling the incredible downforce of a Formula 3 car, to learning how to handle the raw power of a Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and taking on the mental and physical challenges of endurance racing. It’s been an incredible year…

F3 Testing

One of my first on-track opportunities of the year came in January, when I tested the Ligier JS Formula 3 car with World Speed at Thunderhill Raceway. After an extended winter break, it was incredibly rewarding to return to the cockpit. Stepping up from Formula 4 to a car with nearly double the horsepower was both challenging and exhilarating, with straight-line speeds reaching 150 mph. As the day progressed, I continued to build confidence and find the limits of the car. I am very grateful to World Speed and VMB Driver Development for making this opportunity possible.

First Steps in Sportscars

In February, I made my endurance racing debut with Bunny Boys Racing in the Lucky Dog Racing Series at Sonoma Raceway. Transitioning from open-wheel cars to a closed-cockpit platform presented an initial learning curve, but I made significant progress throughout practice and finished day one as one of the fastest cars in our class.

During Saturday’s race, we ran competitively early on before contact with another driver forced an unscheduled repair stop, dropping us multiple laps down. On Sunday, however, we delivered a strong performance throughout the 7-hour race, finishing second—just 10 seconds behind the leader. I would like to thank John Arscott, Davis, Eric, and the entire Bunny Boys Racing team for the opportunity and support.

Lucas Oil Formula Car Series

In 2025, I competed in both the Lucas Oil Winter Series and the Formula Car Championship, racing at iconic circuits including Homestead-Miami Speedway, Mid-Ohio, and Sebring. The Winter Series began strongly, with two wins in the first three races and a strong chance at the championship. Unfortunately, contact in race five resulted in a fractured wrist, preventing me from competing in the final round and leaving me second in the standings. While disappointing, the series demonstrated our pace and competitiveness heading into the summer.

After a three-month recovery period, I returned for the start of the Formula Car Summer Series. Throughout the season, we consistently fought at the front, earning nine podium finishes, including two victories. Despite late-season contact and a mistake in the final rounds and ultimately finishing 3rd in the championship, competing for wins in every race was a major achievement. I am extremely proud of the effort behind this campaign.

I would like to thank RC, Juan, and the entire Lucas Oil Racing School staff for their professionalism and support, as well as Dan Clarke, Tommy Byrne, Nick D’Orlando, and Oliver Askew for their invaluable coaching throughout the season.

Coaching in F4

Alongside my racing efforts, I had the opportunity to coach World Speed Formula 4 drivers Ridgeley Welsh and Yashom Kapoor at Laguna Seca and Sonoma Raceway. Both drivers showed tremendous development, combining for five podium finishes across the two weekends. Yashom secured a victory at Sonoma following an intense four-car battle for the lead and went on to claim the SCCA Formula 4 Championship. Ridgeley closed the season by sweeping the final two rounds of the Formula Pro USA Championship to secure the title.

Lamborghini Super Trofeo

Late in the year, I headed to Buttonwillow Raceway Park to test the World Speed Lamborghini Super Trofeo Evo 2. Having never driven something as powerful and heavy as the Super Trofeo before, I had quite a mountain to climb if I wanted to master the techniques needed to drive the car fast. However, I showed great progress through the early morning runs, and felt very comfortable behind the wheel by the end of the day, setting down some pretty quick times. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to test such an amazing car.

End of Season and Plans for 2026

Looking towards 2026, I am actively seeking partners who share the vision and passion for racing at this level. Having won the Formula Pro USA West Championship in Formula 4 in 2024 with World Speed Motorsports, I’m confident in my abilities to thrive in whatever series I race in! I’m fortunate to have the support of a dedicated marketing resource to strengthen communications, networking, and fundraising efforts, which has made this season incredibly productive. Harris Group Inc, Molecule, Chegg, Pitfit, and Casa Gourmet Burritos have been instrumental in supporting my 2025 campaign, and I’m so grateful for all of their work and support. Looking ahead, I’m eager to carry that progress into next year’s campaign. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, and finally, to the Lord for watching over me and allowing me to have such amazing opportunities.
